We pride ourselves on our small batches, using only local herbs & organic ingredients. Privacy & Safety

Your privacy and safety is of utmost important to us. We pledge that we will not share any of your personal information, and we will hold full accountability to the confidentiality of your information as a client and/or customer of Moon Rise Botanicals.

We care deeply about your well-being, and with that being said, sharing our knowledge is a critical part of the work we are here to do in the world. While the education and herbal offerings we share are beneficial and helpful, we legally must make note that our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We also do not accept legal responsibility for any choices to utilize our products, in the treatment of diagnosed health conditions. We recommend that you do not use herbal oils, teas or tinctures internally, if you are pregnant or are currently taking any pharmaceutical medicines, until you have consulted with your physician.

 

We also feel it is important to inform our customers of the potential risks associated with consuming trace amounts of THC through our CBD oils and chocolates. If you have any concern of trace amounts of THC in your system for work or testing purposes, we do not recommend that you consume CBD products. We have all of our batches tested at a local lab, guaranteeing that we are meeting the legal limit & standards for the amount of THC content in our products. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration, and legally we must share that they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases. However, we do strongly believe in the power of plant medicine to tend to lack of ease and relieve symptoms within the body, while supporting ones overall health.

Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE, due to COVID-19 safety measures and nationwide shipping delays, some orders may take longer than estimated to arrive

  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of processing them, barring any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

  • Processing of an order takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday during business hours

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150

    • We use USPS First Class / Priority Mail for your FREE shipping

    • *This offer is valid for US only.

  • We ship Internationally, but whether or not we can ship you CBD products depends on your countries THC content percentage allowance

 

At Moon Rise Botanicals, you & your family's health matters to us. we will gladly accept product returns that meet the required conditions, within 30 days of shipping

Return Conditions

  • Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application are not covered under this policy

  • We are not responsible for any damage/defect caused after delivery

  • products must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

Order Cancellations

The customer has 24 hours within placing an order to cancel their order, which they must do via email

 

Refunds will be issued in full if request for return meets the policy above, unless the circumstance requires a restocking fee: if the item is being returned due to dissatisfaction, we will collect 15% of the order cost to recover the loss

To return the product, please email moonrisebotanicals2020@gmail.com. We will create a return order number for you, and ask you to write this number on the box label. We will use this number to process your return. Once we have received your return, we will process it and take appropriate action up to and including the refund on the returned product after deduction of shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee from the purchase amount
